I think windows 7 is having most fast access. But I never tried on this. We have only windows xp systems. I am eager to know better.

I specifically focus on long tail keyword phrases with less than 20,000 competing pages. Also I analise the pages in the top ten positions to make sure I’m not up against a bunch of pre 2000 dated sites. OK, the search traffic is usually low in numbers per month, but at least I’m getting some quality leads and sales while I’m waiting for the big keywords to kick in at the top of results.
