I think the first time I ever heard about SEO was in new scientist of all places. Then about 3 months later I landed a job as an SEO. Now I run the company with 2 other people, its kinda weird that things happen so fast in this industry, and people learn so fast. If I had landed a programming job I probably would still be some junior programmer lol. I gave them a link and they promised me a logo - still no sign of it though! I can't believe that anyone would pay for their services!
